Weigh-In Saturday

I worked hard this week and hoped to have better results today.  Yet, I am still pleased to report that I officially lost one pound! 

Yesterday, I had a bowl of cereal with skim milk for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and an apple for an afternoon snack. By dinnertime, I was starving and really enjoyed my meal!  I still have two pumpkin cupcakes in the fridge that I absolutely refuse to touch!  Yay for me!

Starting Weight: "112"
Week 2 Weight:  "111"

How did you do this week?  I want to hear results, whether good or bad.

Remember, I don't actually weigh 111.  That is an adjusted weight because I want to lose 11 more lbs.

After my doctors discouraging remarks on Tuesday, I was hoping for a big fat loss to make myself feel better. No such luck. I'm 127. But I'm officially out of plus size clothes, which is amazing for a woman who is 5'2".

Starting weight 144, last week's weight 139, today 135.

I'm so impressed with all your results! With all the Halloween junk around here I am not headed in the right direction. sigh.

Yay, ladies! All of your results are great. I haven't lost, but I can say this... I haven't gained. UGH!!! This is frustrating to the max. I originally lost around 12 pounds when I first started working out in August, and have kept it off, but can't seem to lose more. It will not stop me from going to the gym every day though.
