Well, I felt like I was going to die but I finally ran 1.25 miles last night! AND it was over 80 degrees outside! The first time I ran, I only made it .25 mile before stopping. The second time out, I made it .75 mile. Tonight was my third official run, not counting using the elliptical. So I am very proud of my increase!OK, enough bragging for now...! 8 weeks to go!
